PMB Services offers three types of contracts to their clients (maintenance, assistance and hosting), so that they can use PMB in the best conditions. PMB Services reviews its different contracts to let you check that the solution you have chosen is still in line with your needs.
Which contract for which services of PMB Services ?
The assistance contract
PMB is povided with many functionalities and sometimes it could be difficult to master them all. The After-sales service of PMB Services helps clients with an assistance contract in their daily use of the software and with the different functionnalities they have previously be trained by PMB Services. Receptive and friendly, Antoine, Michael and Marion are available to anwser functional questions either on the follow-up request platform or by phone.
The maintenance contract
The assistance and maintenance contract are two different contracts. The maintenance contract is destinied to all clients who want their PMB on another infrastructure than the one is offered by PMB Services (for example, single-user installation, hosting provided by the customer’s structure).
With a maintenance contract, PMB Services makes sure that the PMB can be used properly and safely on their clients server. Therefore, the customers are responsible for their own server and must do as much as possible to let our staff access to their PMB.
PMB updates and version upgrades are also included in the maintenance contract, and carried out at the customer’s request. Before any PMB Services intervention, the customer, master of his server, ensures that the technical prerequisites are met. On the other hand, PMB Services does not support performing backups or monitoring the hosting server ; these tasks fall to the customers.
The hosting contract
With a hosting contract, PMB Services is in charge of all the technical questions : secure installation on our servers, uploading with a public adress of the portal/opac available for all the internet users, regular updating of PMB and delivery of upgrades.
By subscribing a hosting contract, our clients are guaranteed to serenely use their PMB base.
Their datas are daily saved ; updated and upgraded versions are carried out by our dedicated team, as the maintenance of the hosting servers. PMB Services takes care of everything !
