Our basic training session in our agency is given to several companies at the same time. In that way, we give the opportunity to much people to be given a training session and to share their own experience.
If you’d rather benefit a personnalized training session, we can organize it.
Educational goals
By coming to us, we garanty to make you autonomous in your use of some PMB modules : cataloging, circulation and administration. The aim is to make your daily work easier.
At the end of our training session, you will be able to :
- register documents ;
- make different research in the documentary resources ;
- elaborate and evaluate a loaning strategy in PMB ;
- figure statistics out.
Who is concerned ?
This training session is destinied to librarians, documentalists and knowledge managers who have no experience with the PMB software.

Computer and internet browser skills
Basic knowledge of library science
How long ?
3 days = 21 hours
Evaluation
All along the training session, via some exercises, we will evaluate the way you use the various functionnalities. You will be given a training certificate a few day after the end of the training session.
Tarif and financing
€ 770 excluding tax per trainee - Travel, accommodation and catering costs are the responsibility of the trainee.
The training prices are indicated in euros excluding taxes and are to be increased by VAT at the rate in force within the framework of non-contracted training.
The professional training activity carried out by PMB Services is exempt from VAT as part of continuing professional training and the drafting of a training agreement.
Possibility of financing by mutual funds (OPCO): The training activity of PMB Services has been referenced in the Datadock since August 14th, 2017, thus ensuring the quality of its training actions. Since September 30th, 2021, PMB Services has also been Qualiopi certified. As such, you can request funding for this training from funders.
PMB Services is registered with the Pays de la Loire Prefecture as a training organization under number 52720117872. This registration does not constitute State approval.
